Hopkins Company, showing the various buildings, landscapes, acreage, and street routes for several blocks. Original building structures are depicted on the map, such as Napier Elementary, Fire Engine Company no. 12, Tennessee School for the Blind; Nashville City Hospital, Tennessee Hydrated Lime Company, First National Bank, St. Luke's Primitive Baptist (an African American church on Lewis Street), Carroll Street Methodist Episcopal Church, University Street Primitive Baptist Church, and the Nashville City Hospital. Also included is a portion of the Illinois Central Railroad.
