Original building structures are depicted on the map, such as Cumberland Telegraph and Telephone Company, Fire Engine House no. 5, Nashville Terminal Realty Company, Central Lumber Company, Nashville Builders Supply Company, Butchers Hide and Melting Association, Turner, Day and Woolworth Handle Company, Neuhoff Abattoir and Packing Company, W.G. Bush and Company Brickyard, and Tri-State Milling Company. Portions of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad and the Illinois Central Railroad are also included.
